Born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, I always felt like I didn’t quite fit in. When I visited British Columbia at the age of 13, I felt an unshakable connection. It was as if my soul had found its true home. Still, life took me on a winding path. In my 20s, I lost myself to drinking and partying until the moment that changed everything: becoming a mother. My first daughter’s arrival was the catalyst that reshaped my life. I embraced motherhood wholeheartedly, raising my three children as a single parent. It wasn’t always easy, but it was the most fulfilling, joyous chapter of my life.

Then came the moment that truly awakened me. During a spring break bike trip with my children, I hit an invisable glass mirror—an event that metaphorically shattered my life into pieces. It was in the aftermath of this event that I discovered I had the power to choose which pieces of myself to rebuild and which ones to leave behind. This profound experience ignited my journey into the mysteries of life and the unseen energy that connects us all.

I immersed myself in studying healing modalities and dove deep into shadow work with the teachings of Teal Swan. Along the way, I uncovered my gifts—my ability to channel, see energy, and connect with the unseen world. These gifts have not only transformed my life but have also fueled my passion for helping others on their healing journeys.

Today, as an intuitive energy healer, I draw on my life’s challenges, awakenings, and discoveries to guide others toward balance, joy, and empowerment. My practice is grounded in the belief that within every person lies the power to heal, transform, and reconnect with their true essence.
