Welcome to my Intuitive Energy Healing practice
This is a safe, supportive space where you’re invited to reconnect with your authentic self. Using a combination of Reiki, intuitive channelling, and guided meditation, I help you gently release the energy, emotions, and patterns that may be holding you back — so you can move forward with greater clarity, ease, and alignment.
My journey into healing began with a deep sense of disconnection from my surroundings — a feeling that shifted the first time I visited the West Coast at age 13. The land, the trees, and the ocean awakened something in me that felt like home. Still, life carried me through many lessons and transformations.
The most profound of these came with motherhood. Becoming a mother was the catalyst that reshaped my life. It grounded me, awakened my heart, and connected me more deeply to the strength and intuition that had always been within me. That experience continues to be the most empowering and joy-filled chapter of my life.
Years later, a moment of personal upheaval cracked me open again — an invisible mirror I didn’t see until I walked straight into it. In the aftermath, I realized I had the power to rebuild myself piece by piece, this time choosing only what felt true. That realization sparked a deep dive into energy healing, shadow work, and intuitive development. I studied and explored teachings from many sources, and gradually began to uncover my own gifts — the ability to see and sense energy, to channel guidance, and to hold healing space for others.
Today, I bring those experiences and insights into every session, offering intuitive energy healing that meets you exactly where you are. I believe that within each of us is the power to heal, transform, and reconnect with our true essence — and I am here to support that journey.

My intuitive energy healing is customized for each person. I offer intuitive healing sessions that combined, Reiki, channeling and guided meditation to help the body release what it's holding. The goal is to help you overcome any obstacles that prevent you from reaching your full potential and enjoying your life. By working together with your higher self, I assist in recognizing and letting go of patterns, limiting beliefs, and trauma held within the body.
